Access Point – Sonprayag is well-connected by road. Private vehicles and public transport can reach up to this point. From here, pilgrims usually proceed to Gaurikund , which is about 5 km away, either by shared taxi or on foot, to begin the trek to Kedarnath . Parking facilities are available, but can be limited during peak season.
