Key highlights – Don't miss the Madhavendra Bhawan, a unique palace within the fort designed with interconnected suites for the king and his queens. Also, the stepwell and the stunning city views from the ramparts are definite highlights.
Best time to visit – I find the cooler months, from October to March, are ideal for visiting Nahargarh. Early mornings or late afternoons are generally less crowded and offer pleasant weather. Sunset views are particularly spectacular.
