Spring or Fall – I generally observe that the best times to visit are during spring (April-May) or fall (September-October). The weather is typically pleasant, and the major tourist sites are less crowded than in the summer months. Winter offers fewer crowds but cooler temperatures.

Walkable City – Many of Rome's central attractions are within walking distance of each other. Public transportation, including buses, trams, and a metro system, is available for longer distances. I advise wearing comfortable shoes due to the extensive walking and cobblestone streets.

Water Fountains – I've noticed numerous public drinking fountains, known as "nasoni," offering fresh, potable water throughout the city, which can be very convenient for visitors.
