Access & Etiquette – You can reach Chandi Mandir either by a challenging trek of approximately 3 km or by taking the popular Chandi Devi Udan Khatola ropeway, which provides an aerial view. The temple generally opens early in the morning and closes by late evening. It's respectful to dress modestly, covering your shoulders and knees. Photography rules vary but are generally permitted in the outer areas. Shoes must be removed before entering the inner sanctum. Basic facilities like washrooms and small shops selling प्रसाद (offerings) are available near the temple.
