Sacred Temple – This is a prominent Hindu temple dedicated to Goddess Tripura Sundari, a form of Sati. It is one of the 51 Shakti Peethas, making it a highly significant pilgrimage site. I know it's located in Udaipur, Tripura, and is also known as Kurma Peeth.

Shakti Peetha – As one of the most sacred Shakti Peethas, it is believed that the right foot of Goddess Sati fell here. This makes it a central place of worship for devotees of the Shaktism tradition. The temple embodies deep spiritual reverence and historical continuity.
What to expect
Devotional Atmosphere – You can expect a serene yet often bustling atmosphere, filled with devotees offering prayers and participating in rituals. The temple features a traditional Bengali-style roof and a square chamber, housing two idols: the smaller Chhinnamasta and the larger Tripura Sundari. Adjacent to the temple is the sacred Kalyan Sagar lake, home to various aquatic life.
