Santhome Church
What is this place? – I see this is the Santhome Basilica , a significant Roman Catholic minor basilica in Chennai (formerly Madras), India. It’s built over the tomb of Saint Thomas the Apostle, one of the twelve apostles of Jesus. This makes it one of only three known basilicas in the world built over the tomb of an apostle, the others being St. Peter's Basilica in Vatican City and Santiago de Compostela Cathedral in Spain.
