**What to expect** Lively Atmosphere – I find Assi Ghat to be a lively and bustling place, especially during sunrise and sunset. You can expect to see pilgrims, sadhus, tourists, and vendors. The atmosphere is generally spiritual and peaceful, yet also vibrant with activity. It's suitable for those interested in experiencing Hindu culture and rituals firsthand.
**Best time to go** Early Morning/Evening – I recommend visiting early in the morning for sunrise and the morning Aarti, or in the evening for the spectacular evening Aarti ceremony. These times offer the most immersive and picturesque experiences.
